Encore Catering is owned by Linda Odle and Jeff LaBaw.  This family business has been years in the making after a few decades of silence in the family restaurant business. Starting with the location, Catlin, IL the property was once owned by Dale Campbell, then sold to daughter Linda who had wanted to start cooking as a side job with her oldest son Jeff.  Eventually, everyone found out how awesome the food was.
